The Via Zurita Neighborhood is one of Claremont's Hidden Treasures!

Homes include:

• a pristine mid-century modern home designed by Theodore Criley Jr.
• a Millard Sheets designed residence
• several other unique homes that make up the Via Zurita neighborhood, originally a Scripps College faculty enclave
